If you have not done so already, skip the chromo shafts from Superior as they use the smaller u-joint from the TJ If you go with ALLOY USA they ustilize the bigger JK U-joint (At least this was the case when I upgraded mine).
Another comment, a lot of guys are talking about "sleeving the front axle, this is a really good idea on any rig doing trials. THe D44 on the JK has thin walled tubes. A lot of guys are buying the trusses for the inner C from EVO, but this does not do much because the axle is bending at that sleeves. A few companies have a great "kit" and I know Polyperformance is coming out with an even better set up. If you are convinced you want to stay with the 44 then a solve all is the Dyntrac Pro rock 44 housing as it allows you to reuse all your internals. But that will run you $1800, me, I will just save another 4 and get the complete 60 front end.
