air lockers bleeding off in rear end

anyone have this problem before? What's going on?
2000 TJ, 4.5" long arm. 35'S and lockers

Assuming ARB? Hole in line....crack in brass fitting.....bad seal in the ARB......

Is it pushing oil out the diff vent or through the solenoid?

no, no oil leak, it's maintaining its proper level
