weve got a 180 at the shop grat little machine. curious to see how it does with hard wire and gas, as ours stays set up with inner shield for dirty shitty jobs
Thats a great machine for the garage. Helluva deal too. Get some gas and 035 wire for it and you're set.
98 TJ, 5.7 HEMI, 545RFE, JB Conv. HD231J, HP30, D44 rear, ARBs, 4.10s,35 in MTRs, 15x10 alloys, Gen Right G3 Aluminum fenders and rear flares, Fox 2.0 RR, Premier Power Welder, Warn 9.5 CTI, Rampage Top, a few other goodies....
I also have 2 4x4x1/8" sheets I'm going to stack on top of each other and make a welding table. I can get all the steel I need at Sierra Recycling for free.
take one of those sheets of sheet metal and drill a few holes in it. making little tacks at a time (so it dosnt warp too bad) plug weld it together in the center. it will be alot stiffer and more resistant to warpage. you can also hit up jims or B&B for a piece of USED 1/2 in plate. it makes a much nicer table for the fact that it stays flatter. and resists biving when you tack to it then start pulling parts into shape. just my .02
