Chris, corporate can't really do anything for you. They can bring it to the attention of upper level mgmt and/or the dealer, but you're better off doing that yourself. Garrett Ming is the parts and service director, and he is a good and responsible guy. Dan Hay is the dealer, as you know. Both of them will take your phone calls, both will look into it and call you back, and do what they can. Unfortunately, the place has 300 employees, and some situations are very difficult to manage. Of course, what you experienced should not happen. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dan Hay, you know who he is, and he would much rather hear from you and have the chance to do something than have you say the things you're saying. He can't change what happened, but he'd sure like to know what's going on.[/quote]
I remember Garrett Ming, he seemes to be a good guy, Dan Hay seemed to be the guy a lot of employees were afraid of, all the times I talked to him he seemed to be a fair and decent man, I agree with Richard, talk to these guys, I am sure they will figure a way to take care of you
