Manager finally called me back at around noon yesterday. They immediately put my truck on the rack and put a team on it. They promised me I would have my truck within 24 hours, so we will see how that goes.

Im still not happy with this dealer and understand why a lot of the folks in Bako drive to Galpin to buy their Fords. How worse would it have been if I DIDN'T know the owner!!!!!

Wellllllllllll.

I got my truck back a week ago and everything seemed to be fine. Last week, the trans started slipping a little between 3rd and 4th and the dealer told me to give it a few days for the computer to re-learn everything. It has progressively gotten worse to the point that it is almost undriveable today. It goes back to the dealer tomorrow.

Also the rear passenger door lock is jammed and the door can't be used, and the electrical to the trailer harness stopped working.
