RE-INTRODUCING MYSELF CAUSE ITS BEEN SO LONG!

SOOO....My name is Rene....I have not been on here in so long (Even forgot I was a member already!) and in all reality have not even been on a trip with you guys (other than Aaron aka RepsolAaron) that I figured a re intro was needed. Been caught up with other things in life where my Jeep has sat idle (or broken), or it has just seen the streets for some time but I do want to take out with you all from time to time. Aaron sugested I get on here to see what all is going on......I am going to try and make it to the next meet n greet at Cheuys but I work nights so lets see what happens. In any case hope to meet more of you and I will tag along with Aaron one of these days on a close and easy ride to work out some bugs on on my 86 CJ7 Jeep (mostly see how the Truck Avenger carb. does in altitude and finding the correct linkage for it...other than zipties) and practice a lil on my real rusty off roading skills. Maybe this weekend? Yes, I like to keep it old school with my CJ but I love the thing.....just sometimes cant compare to some of your newer fuel injected rigs. My wife is getting too scared of me being on a 2 wheel crotch rocket (especially with a baby on the way) so I might just have to start transitioning to a "safer" 4 wheel Jeep as a hobby! Hope to meet some of you soon and if I have a forgotten....Im sorry and reintroduce yourself. lol

I know how you feel. The wife made me get rid of my GSXR years ago, but the money has been spilling into Jeeps ever since.

Thanks for the re welcomes guys! I already went on one trip to freeway ridge this past weekend and had fun even though i came out with a broken axle u joint and finding out i have some kind of fuel starvation issue. Fun either way!
