Most good short wheelbase 4x4s with low range and AT tires do good on this trail.

Things aren't looking so hot for me being able to go right now. 400 feet to go at <20 ft/hr. They could drill through the slow spot and drill much faster, so I'm not losing all hope yet.

Regretfully, your rig is going to have to be pulled a lot if you don't have 4 wheel drive. I have seen lots of XJs lose 4x4 (due to that Vacuum issue) before starting the trail, and none of them could even get past the first 200 yards of the trail. Its gonna be a long night.

Bakersfield was 805 years ago too. Many of the little thugs on the east side had tattoos "805 FOR LIFE" across their backs and stomachs, then they changed the area code to 661

with the amount of people saying they are going, anywhere from 4-24 hrs, depends on break downs, rigs needind pulled or winched, 5 flat tires, what I am saying, we never leave a man or woman behind, you have to be ready for a long run
