Yep, I read that. I expected it to happen years ago when Spider Lake camping was under attack. Little sluice IS PART of the original county road that was modified by people years ago. The bypass is not part of that county road. Everyone knew this was coming, we just expected it to come from the enviros and not the county board of supervisors.

Hmm.... yeah, who's really behind all of this is very confusing. As I have stated before, I am starting to believe the conspiracy theories of BEAR on PBB. His arguements just seem to make too much sense and he gets almost zero response to his direct questions. I believe that people whom refuse to answer questions directly are either incompetent or hiding something.... neither which is good.
