UPDATE:
I got the oil pressure gauge working, voltage gauge working, fuel gauge is getting power but pegged at "past full" and the sender is new, so I must have done something wrong with wiring. Temp gauge isn't working yet, and I haven't hooked up the tach either.
The 46RH shifts by input from the speed sensor on the trans. Instead of putting an electronic sensor in, and electronic speedo, I'll just shift it manually for now. I still won't have to deal with a clutch.
I ordered a Warn 9.5ti winch today, now looking for a cool bumper with winch plate.
I got the Bestop Element doors on. They look cool, but do not come with the mirrors that are shown in the picture. I'll probably get the kind that bolt onto the side of the windshield frame.
I got to drive it a little today. Got it up to 65 on White Lane. Runs pretty smooth, no death wobble. No track bars, sway bars or even front shocks on it yet...and it drives better than the 90 YJ that I have here now. I melted the vacuum engagement system for the front end on the exhaust, so a Posi-Lok is going in.
Bottom line is, I'm 90% there. She runs, drives and sounds mean as hell. I have the wiring all cleaned up under the hood. I'm waiting for my softopper, and upper doors. I have to modify the T-case shifter to work in its new spot and put some carpet in to cover the place where the t-case shifter used to come through. I'll have it at the next meet n greet if anybody wants to see how it came out.
