Ripoff of infectious emblem

I was poking around on Craigslist today and saw a Wrangler for sale that looked like it had infectious stickers on it. Different group?

This is weird. I looked at the pictures. This is the house where my daughter is right now!!! This guy's wife takes care of my daughter 2 times a week. What a trip. I can tell by the house in the pictures. Im going there in an hr or so. I will ask his wife. Damm.

I saw that guy in 4wp the other day. He said his sticker predates IOR. Seemed like a cool guy so I didn't give him grief

For being an a "rock crawling" club, that Jeep is sure in good shape. Also notice that the items most crawlers would consider essential, he is missing.... must be one hell of a wheeling club!

Him and two others started that club like ten yrs ago. Infectious came after those guys. Someone here who started infectious used that logo as a starting point for our club. He hasn't wheeled in many many yrs.

Hmm.... I think the bio hazard symbol and the word infectious kind of go hand in hand.

We should sue him for infringement .

Jeff is correct they predate IOR, when I came up with the name and logo I searched all over to see if it had been used and I could not find anywhere it had. About 3 or so years later I ran across the same sticker and at the time I was not able to find any info on the group.

I saw that jeep about the time I joined infectious, if you look back far enough in the forum you'll notice I posted a similar thread calling him an imposter, which started a giant argument amongst the regular members at the time. It was a sketchy time to off road. KOH was only a few years old. People were still running full body jeeps in the one class there was. Wow times have changed...
