Hi guys I just got word from Rigos sister that he is in the ICU in pretty bad shape from illness. He is rejecting morphine as he wants to stay awake. I'll post more info as far as hospital and whatever else ill find out. I may head on over tomorrow for some support. Please send some prayers his way. I'll keep posting.

Just got a text from Rigo, says he has an infection around his heart area, they are trying to pin point it, waiting on a reply what hospitle he is in

Damm, That sucks. Depending on his Ins. I am willing to donate any medical equipment I have that insurance wont pay for. Hoping for the best.

So me and GJ went to visit Rigo at the Ventura Community Hospital today, he was sleeping when we got there, but he woke up when she started to ask us to come back later, we had great conversation with Rigo, he really seemed to be in great spirits(meds), he is ready to get out of the hospital, nurse said he might be able to leave tomorrow sometime after the Dr talks to him, just depends on the Dr. I hope he gets to come home, but if the Dr says he has to stay, well its for a good reason, he is still in ICU, but seems to be feeling a lot better

Here is an update from his wife "For those of you who have been praying for my husband....thank you. With the healing power of the Lord he will fully recover. It has been a stressful and overwhelming time but we are pulling through. I am sorry for not posting any updates on his status...also to anyone who was not informed my apologies, please understand it is hard to do so when dealing with all of this.

He is doing ok as of right now and the diagnosis is myocarditis. Hopefully he can come home tomorrow. Thank you everyone for your support"

Update from Amanda "Rigo walked around a little but the pain intensified making it difficult for him. His nurse let him see the boys...a bittersweet moment. H is now back in bed resting....keep praying for speedy recovery....we greatly appreciate it"

I just visited with Rigo today and he is doing much better and is being discharged and on his way home to bako with Amanda now!!!! :wings:
