I was thinking like 20 foot covered trailer so I can store tools, gas cans, generator, porta potty, work bench and lights. I have ambitions that I can't meet with an open trailer.

My only issue with enclosed trailers is they are not wide enough for my jeep
A jk may fit in standard trailer but if you ever go full width probly wont fit
There are some trailers that are designed for smaller cars, but the ones that I have seen that are designed for full sized cars are 102" wide with 96" interior width, 84" wide at the wheel well. Stardard height is 80" with 74" at the door, which is too low. Most manufacturers offer 6, 12, 18 or 24" "over height"
I'm 84" track, 78" tall and 15.5' long. I should be able to squeeze between the fender wells, but some people have to drive over them. Some manufactureres advertise "drive over" wheel wells. Others don't. I'll need one that is 6" over heigt to fit.
There's plenty of trailers out there that will fit my rig..... just not used ones! With a 3,000+ lb vehicle, you need to upgrade from 3,500 lb axles to 5,000 lb axles to have a gvwr of 10,000 lbs. They start around $7k and go up quickly with roof vents, lights, battery box, flooring, painted walls, etc.
