Not much done today just some cleaning around the garage to make room and some before pics of the rear
and picked up some steel to play with.

got the rear axle and springs pulled out tonight.

Got a bit more done today finished cutting the back end of the frame and removing the spare tire mount cross member.
Then started welding in the new cross member and plating the frame for the new shackle hanger position.

got the frame ends capped off and the shackle hangers on.

Got the new hanger welded in just need to plate around it for some strength other than that I raised it up 2" from where it was before.

Finally got my tax returns someone screwed up and they didn't get direct deposited so i had to wait for checks in the mail. hopefully next week or so I can get the front end ordered up.

Got a few new things done got the springs back under it and mocked it back up on rear wheels and its looking like I will be pretty close to my goal of 24"s to the frame.
Now just gotta wait to be able to make my parts order so i can get the new axle seals and diff armor so i can really bolt the back end back together.

Finally got around to dropping my T-cases and fixing my shift rail guess it never got cut down when I 1st built it.
