Day 1 was making a 1.75" die bend 1.5" tube and figuring out how to measure tube and bends

Day 2 we got both the side exterior hoops bent and matched 4 bends from one side to the other

Tip for anyone that has a bender and doesnt want to buy two dies...

Buy the larger of the two bend a piece of larger the full diameter of die then cut it in half and also cut straight pieces in half to take up slack in bender

1.75" 1.20 wall tube inside diameter is what my large die is and with the overlay pieces bends 1.5" perfectly

the shipping issues seem to be common place these days, and it doesn't seem to matter
who the parts are coming from.
this sport we've chosen, is growing so fast, no manufacturer/ fabricators were prepared IMO

I planned on staying with 35's but I got my hands on some one ton axles and might go to 39's or what ever I can find.

Front 3 link is done but no air shocks yet. Gonna wait till I get back from camping to finish and then tackle the rear 4 link.
