Well drilldaddy and I headed out early this morning. We had a blast and both got to shake down our new setups. I need more bump stop for sure and maybe a fender trim but was very pleased with my new setup.

We did pretty well for not knowing exactly where to go. We couldn't find the waterfall or the y where the right is the can opener and the left has the ledge. Sooner or later we will find it. Wish I could go on the night run but I will be out of town.

You went straight at he Bradshaw Creek turn-off instead of going to the right up the hill.

Hmm. We did go up to the right at the first major Y. It all looked familiar got passed the main route and rough route as the sign said. It was after that we got lost. I will have to go with ppl again to find everything. We had a blast though.

It was a good run. Definitely glad I got a chance to check clearances. This was only my second time up there. On a side note, I guess it's a good thing we didn't have to test the new winch. I also realized the temp difference up there. I need to put the top and doors on for Sunday. It will be my wife's first offroad adventure and I want her to enjoy and not turn Popsicle on me.

Looks like the place you turn off is where you guys are flexing out on that rock in your pics. From there you should have cut North East instead of North West. Its before the creek (like 20 yards?) on your right.

So instead of going down to the left to the little creek with the no prospecting sign go right? Lol I will just have to hit the trails with people, I need to invest in some maps too.

Nice.... two new H2s for the club.

Yet no shit talking to spike someone's interest??

I think I like that better.

Anyhow... Kurt, no need for new bump stops... I have some PSC flares with your name on them or... if you don't want to make my wallet happy, you can trim your's down. I personally don't care for that look, but it seems that many do. Look on JKO for a ton of examples of how people did theirs.

H2? Is that some kind of new nickname for them? I know you can't be talking about Hummers cause there's only one kind of those I like. Anyway, if Kurt doesn't want the fenders hit me up with a price. I was looking at them online today.

Shoot I still have to make sure the skids fit. But I'll have to pass on the fenders. I just got my poly tierod and I'm now tapped out for a while.

Bump stop was not a worry of tearing up my fender but the fact that my springs were fully compressed and I still had a 2" gap before they would even think of touching.

It's funny how people make fun of something they like but don't want to admit it.
