She came home

Postby smack2020 » December 16th, 2009, 7:09 pm

Finally got my jeep back in the garage from being at the Stealership for over 2 weeks. What crooks. They did give me a new battery and replaced the rear locker and pinion gear under warranty. They tried to charge me $150.00 for a front end alignment. I asked for the specs from the alignment and all of a sudden their printer quit working. I said no problem, just let me look at the screen, all of a sudden the whole alignment machine quit working. Service rep said, " well if you don't believe me fine, I will waive the $150 fee for alignment." I said its not that I do or don't believe you, I just want to see the specs on the alignment. He walked off all pissed off and I drove home and put my jeep back in the garage.

I am ready for this weekend.

Hey Scott, they didn't give you a hard time about the over sized tires? That's messed up about the alignment, someone could've (should've) gotten into alot of trouble for that. That's called stealing as far as I'm concerned. Lol stealership :lol3:
should be a good run on Sunday.

No issue with the tires. They get paid for warranty work from Chrysler, so I think they try to get repairs approved so they can make more money.
