Bald Mountain this Saturday

Going to Bald Mountain on Saturday, anyone who wants to go is welcome. Going in from the green gate on Rock Creek Rd, but probably driving to Wuzzer and 2 Step before hitting the tower. Then going to Posi Hill, Beer Rock and finishing at V Rock and Hollywood Hill. Just making it a day trip. After tonight all the other trails will be closed till June 15th.

So I understand correctly, Bald Mountain is closed now?

Bald will be open till sometime in May. When the trail has snow on it you can go from the Dinkey Creek side till it starts melting.

Bald Mountain is the old Fire Lookout for Shaver Lake. Go to Shaver, turn right towards Dinkey Creek and then turn left on Rock Creek Rd.
