My CJ7

Postby cjjohn » February 21st, 2014, 5:34 am

I've been working on swapping a 5.3 into my CJ7. Thje Jeep is an 85 so I am keeping it smog legal. I drove it home yesterday!! :wings: :wings: I will be driving it today so I can get a couple of drive cycles on it and double check all the codes but I love the way it came out so far. I have a referee appointment next week!!!

I'll post some up this weekend. Still not completely loomed and cleaned up. I'm waiting until I get through the referee for that.

Thanks. It actually looks a little better now. It's cleaning up pretty well. And it runs great, a very worthwhile swap to this point, I can't wait to get it off road!!

Thank you! Front drive shaft in today, I had to "massage" the trans pan for clearance, then I'll finish the cage. I see a shakedown run in a couple of weeks!!
