TRUCK&WINCH.COM :Thumb:

i bought a "tuff stuff" 12,500 lbs. winch , new, for just over $300
nearly 5 years ago.

i called them today to order a new drive line for said winch,,, they had it in stock,
shipped it today, and didn't charge me a nickle. what the fuck is the world coming to :thefinger: I'm just not used to that kind of service anymore>>> it must be a trick.

if you have not purchased a winch for your rig yet, consider "tuff stuff" & truck&winch.com.
great winch, from a great company,, and they speak english too :suprise:

if you have any questions about the winch i have used the piss out of for years now
you know where to find me.
if you just have to have a pretty Warn or Ramsey, go ahead and blow the wad :moon:

That's awesome customer service.......although I have never had to take apart a Warn and try to fix it or had to duck out of a run because my winch doesn't work. :stirPot: :lol3:

Joking aside, that is unbelievable that they would completely replace the winch for free after 5 years. Don't see service like that very often. With customer service going to shit in the off-road parts industry, its really good to se a company take care of their customers like that.
