GORMAN OCT. 3

Postby 81BigBrett » October 7th, 2015, 11:59 am

So I went up to Gorman on Saturday for the day, however the others that I went with ended staying the night. It was pretty decent weather not too hot, not cold. It was really dusty and my jeep's interior shows it. We cruised around some trails in the morning and eventually found ourselves at The Blueberry Crack. Unfortunately the recent rains have made the crack a rig swallow er and nobody wanted to venture into it. :freakout:

From there we headed over to Henry's Crack and Just like the other crack the recent rains have made it less of a beginners run and more of a intermediate to experienced trail. JC was in front of me going in and Brandon and his friend were behind me. Towards the end, the second early out JC's tire fell into the crack. :freakout: At this point I didn't feel like running winch lines or straps :thefinger: and opted to back out to the first early out on the right hand side. This is where I found Brandon and his friend. His friend popped a bead off of his tire and his jeep was overheating. once we got out we fixed the tire and headed towards camp and hung out the rest of the day at the obstacle park.
