Great turn out, 17 rigs on a night run. Only a few misshaps.

Are some folks still asleep?

I was expecting worse to happen, to me the mishaps were minor and easy fixes, was pretty awsome and I think Victor just graduated to sophmore wheeler...... :lol2: :lol2: :lol2:

Met up at 7:00 pm - got home at 6:00 am. Man I'm exhausted.

17 rigs total.

1 broken 4x4 actuator
1 fuse / electrical problem
1 broken motor mount and trans mount
1 crushed radiator
1 tire off the bead
1 bad battery

Countless strap-ups and winches.

1 roll over

Soooo. Im pulling Beck*a*poo up the left fork of piston hill, and am unhooking the strap at the top of the hill, When I see jeep headlights coming up the hill behind us (so dark that all you could see is the lights). As I was watching the headlights bounce around, I saw them slowly start to go from your standard horizontal orientation to a vertical configuration. It took 5 of us to put that Red JK rubber side down. I'm glad that Dale and the Professor are OK and the damage was minimal. OHH, and the Professor wanted me to reiterate the fact that DALE rolled her Jeep :stirPot:

Beck*a*poo pretty much kicked everyones ass in her XJ with little bald street tires on it. She was cruising through stuff that guys with 8" bigger mud tires has to be strapped.

Fun run guys, I definitely know that my new winch is up to the task :lol3:

Is your jeep as dusty as mine?

:wings: What a good run we had a blast. and would love to wheel with all of you again. :Thumb: to becka poo . she nailed that run, bald tires, stock ,no e brake. . now for me ( dale) Im in the dog house , I wonder why :dig: . Thats. my second rollover in 30 yrs ,the funny part was when I told dawn to hang on and all she said was shit until we were sideways and then she called me every name in the book. Thanks to all who put my rubber back down, Like chris said damage is minimal , thanks to my rack it took the brunt of it. It's rare to lay it on side and not break window mirrors and body damage. Spent the day cleaning oil out of air box, cleaned mass air sensor , throttle body, and plantum. It ready to go again . WHO'S got the viedo

I am going to have to pick one up for myself, never know what you can use it for, today was day one of IAR (inspection after run) lol, i just made that up...

first I hosed the XJ off, hosed the engine compartment out, hosed as much as i can underneath without getting on my back, then let it sun dry, went back out 5 min later, and inspected my motor and trans mounts!!!

then I went to Wendy's to pick something up for lunch

You know its a good day when:

1) your engine is held in place with a come-along
2) your trany is held in place by several ratchet straps
3) you battery is just laying sideways in the engine well
4) you have a 5" hole in the radiator
5) your fan clutch is broken
6) your front axle is toast

:suprise: And you still drive it home :lol3: :lol3:
