Loading Pics?

Everytime I try and upload a pic it says "The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 256 KiB." I have a CHEAP camera from coscto. I The lowest setting is 584KB. Am I the only person having this problem? Even my camera phone pic files are to big. Can you update this, or anything I can do to upload pics? I cant even copy a pic of Craigslist and upload it, Its too big also. Please advise. Thanks!!

Email me the pics and I will try, I am assuming you are just trying to attach the pic, go to photobucket.com and upload your pics there, then scroll over the pics and copy the img code and paste it in your post then preview the post to see if that worked

too much work just post to facebook it automatically downsizes pics.
