Typically run out Rancheria (or Hwy 155 if the gate is closed at rancheria or the group wants more snow).
We can head back at Evans and run backwards to the trailhead - but thats going to be a REALLY LONG sunday with so many noobs on the trail. I wanna be back for the Sunday night game, but yall can run back if you want. A couple of bult rigs with experienced drivers can do the loop back to pavement before noon. With stockers and new drivers, we usually take our time, get out and spot for them, maybe a little winching up broken axle hill, and it turns into an all-day affair. Add a breakdown or two and you could be using your offroad lights to get to pavement (depending on how many XJs go).[/quote]

Whoa whoa I've pulled out fords, chevys, dodges, and samies and I don't even have lockers. :thefinger:

I haven't pulled any yj's or tj's or zj's yet, but there is a first time for everything :lol3:

Niles and 178 run parallel to each other, and Niles turns into Kern Canyon Rd. You're traveling east either road you take, and they intersect right at the Chevron after Mesa Marin.

IT WAS A PRETTY COOL DAY..... BESIDES MY LINKAGE WOULD NOT LET ME PUT MY JEEP IN 4WD.... SO I HAD TO PARK IT AND RIDE WITH ROBERT...(THANKS ROBERT FOR THE RIDE ) :suprise:
