I have a buddy who is selling one that is on 40s, geared, lifted, and a complete exocage. He is asking 1500 for it. Only down side is it could use a new paint job and it needs drive shafts made... I think he siad they were only like 500 for both.

That is the great thing about Sammis. They are cheap to buy and cheap to build, especially if you can cut metal and weld. You can make parts for them for nothing. And when it comes to lifting them, just get some Toyota axles, and YJ Leaf springs and you are set. It is a really cool truck.

Hey go to tirerack.com and print out a quote for tires. Take that to 4 wheel parts and they will match it... Unless you have road hazard...

If you are getting the insurance on tires get them from 4x4 parts. They cover on road and offroad damage unlike some places when you go in with a busted tire due to rocks or a branch thru the tire they won't give you shit.

actually 4 wheel parts is only good up to 50% of tread wear, i have heard america's tire does it for the life of the tire.
