Hey everybody my name is Robert and I was around when we started this thing, some of you older peeps know me. I just recently bought a rig worthy of wheeling again and look forward to meeting all you new people and getting back out in some trails. I have a 90'blazer Blazer 6inch lift 35's 4.56 gears....and she's still growing.

Hey!!!
I almost bought that blazer. Needs the steering box snugged up, but it ran pretty darn good. Congrats on the new rig. Lets put some dents in it!!!

Had to weld up the frame, not just tighten. But yeah it runs good, talked him way down on price too. Can't wait to see your rig

It wasn't a bad blazer at all. Fuel injected is always a plus on those. He just had a bunch of money sunk into it and wasn't ready to take a loss yet. I checked it out about two days after he put it up for sale on craigslist. Only thing that sucked was it didn't have overdrive. The turbo 350 is probably stronger than the 700r4 that would have been in it, but its still a cool truck. If I remember right, one of the rear axle tubes was bent, (the bung weld had given way). I'm sure you noticed, but if not, Need to straighten that up and weld around the tube asap, before you grenade the rear end, like I did in my YJ a couple years back. I know a welder who can weld that cast iron for you if you need one. Did a great job on mine.

And you can't wait to see my rig? You are either being a smart ass and pointing out my stock TJ (lol) or you've heard the legend of the deuce....

Anyway, cool to have an old new face back. This new new face is very much enjoying the club so far.

You sure its a TH400? The receipt the guy showed me listed it as a TH350. I could be wrong though. I really considered buying that thing, but at the time he wanted 3 grand for it, and I wasn't willing to pay that much for it. Ended up with a TJ instead. Blazers rock though. I've had 3 of the military ones with the 6.2L diesels. They get great mileage and do ok with the 31's but are slow as sin unless you regear them. I am trying to get the guy who bought one of them to join Infectious. He took it and put it on 39" Iroks with 4.56's. It looks pretty cool. And they are smog exempt...can you see BIG HP???

I have a 1Ton with the 6.5 and put a banks kit in it, its no duramax. The best thing to do for them is open up the intake and exhaust and turn
the fuel pump up
