so how do you become an official member ?
I heard it involves lubricant
JK, We currently have no member structure, but will be forced to put together some type of membership structure in the near future with non-profit status. We will most likely have 2 types of members:
1) Full Members; members that pay a small fee of $50 per year, and get voting rights in return. This will generate enough revenue to pay for insurance and the web site.
2) Associate Members: Members that just pay $10 for their stickers one time, pay no dues, and get no voting rights. Basically, the same as it is right now.
This way we can keep things going at a high level, but won't scare away people who want no commitment.
More on this will be discussed in a separate thread in coming weeks. We are charting new territory here.
